The turnover rates and low employee loyalty has risen in Asia over the past few years. It is no longer money that matters but it is all about respect and family like belongings and perspectives within the working environment that matters.
Employers should think about what is more important, hiring new employees or retaining existing employees as the recruiting and training process is very costly and time consuming.
Managers need to communicate more closely with every one of their employees to further understand and deliver a satisfying work environment.
